Full Engineering Staff

EMS maintains a full engineering staff with combined mechanical and electrical experience. We utilize AutoCAD and can accept full AutoCAD drawings. We will build to your print or we can provide harness design services. We can also supply cut and stripped cable and wire. Our bench terminating machine selection includes Tyco/Amp, Molex, JST, JAE, ETC, FCI/Berg, and other branded substitutions.

If you are developing a new product or sub-assembly that requires internal cabling or wire harnesses, we can be your development partner. Our talented engineering staff utilizes their expertise and design resources to work with our customers in all stages of the design and prototyping phase. Our tooling expertise also allows us to provide you with low-cost tooling for over-molding solutions. In some cases, we are able to eliminate tooling costs all together and offer you a very low-cost over-molded solution.

EMS offers RF cable assemblies which include flexible, conformable, semi-rigid, corrugated and phase matched assemblies. All our cable assemblies are engineered and tested to meet stringent electrical and mechanical requirements of the latest industry standard specifications. All RF coaxial assemblies are available for both small and large production run quantities. Our in-house design expertise and state-of-the-art RF test equipment provides our customer base with a wide variety of resources.
