Program Management

EMS Technologies strives to provide the best service and support through all stages of the design and manufacturing process.

In order to ensure that each customer receives top notch quality product from prototype to market, EMS assigns a program manager to each project at the earliest stages of our engagement. Each program manager understands that both action and accountability are crucial during these stages of the manufacturing cycle. Therefore, weekly progress reports and updates as to quote preparation, material procurement, manufacturing progress, and final assembly are provided to our customers. Our PM’s are fluent in both English and Chinese , and we have extensive experience with such companies as Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, and Epson. We are always a phone call away, and we can arrange a conference call for early morning or evening depending upon your schedule. Our program managers will assist you in making crucial technical decisions which are the key factors that drive products and features through to completion. EMS’s program managers translate customer requirements into product features and create functional specifications.
On the implementation end, they prioritize and deliver on those features while working closely with key technical resources and engineers in mechanical design, electronic/pcb layout design, material specifications, prototype and production testing, and documentation. The two most important factors that drive our program management team are “communication” and “expectation”. You will see that our team’s focus on our mission from the earliest stages of our engagement is based upon this philosophy.

We pride ourselves on our quick response time to our customers questions and requests because our response reflects our own personal work ethic and model for our entire organization. Our job does not stop once the production cycle is completed…. We will continue to offer our customers suggestions and ideas that improve your production cost or overall functionality of the product itself.
