EMS operates computer-controlled injection-molding machines which are programmed with fast-cycle molding capabilities and dimensional tolerances. This function is necessary for the highest part-to-part reproducibility. Our injection molding capacity includes 2-shot, 3-shot, as well as insert and gas assisted injection equipment. Materials are available in a wide range of thermo-set and thermoplastic materials and colors. We will help you select the proper material and process to meet the most difficult design requirements. Once your part is ready for production, EMS has over 35 presses ready to produce your parts in a very timely and cost effective manner. These machines range from 39 ton to 900 ton capacity.
